After dealing with a number of Australian based banks for a year whilst being up in Singapore with no progress I was sick of the constantly changing goalposts, ridiculously long turn around time after answering every one of their queries about details of my application.
Then I found David’s details online and thought finally someone who may be able to assist an Australian based in Singapore to finance an Australian property. Once I sent David the details of the property and our finances we had approval in principle in just over a week. A week later we had approval on the property we wanted and the process was all completed in time to make settlement.
